Alchemical Landscape

Friends of the Museum Yvonne Salmon and James Riley have a fantastic project called The Alchemical Landscape; an exploration of how writers, artists and film-makers are currently re-investing the landscape with magical, esoteric and mythic imagery.  Importantly, the project explores the crossover between magical and artistic practice - a theme that was central to MWM's conference on Women in Print:  Witchcraft and the popular press, 1920-1990, earlier this year.
